An easy Carina/Mexican Sugar Skull using Supracolor from Kryolan, and eyeshadow.
You can substitute the cream-based makeup for generic White face paint, and do all your line work Black face paint if that is all you have to hand. You will require a Black eyeshadow to do your shading with.
