This Halloween tutorial has got to be one of my easiest ones yet! ANYONE can do it!

WHAT’S NEEDED:
Toilet Paper
Elmers Glue or Liquid Latex
Sponges
Cotton Balls
Black Cream Makeup
Red Cream Makeup
Foundation
Fake Blood
Safety Pins
Cheap Brushes

    Bearing in mind I'm on stage in two days and both tubes of my liquid latex have gone off (new tubes, but both thick, cheesy, and totally unusable upon opening, infuriatingly) this magnificent improvisation has saved my bacon. Elmer's glue all the way for future me, I think…

    Love this. I am going to try with a hook on side for mermaid look. I like the gore of halloween. Not the cute stuff. But had to do my costume on budget seeing how I spent too much on accessories for my 2 kids costumes. I have two giant gallons of glue from all the slime they make.. lol
