3:42 That used to happen to me too, now I'm 16 and I have gotten a lot of advice and encouragement which had a huge impact on me mentally. Because I've stepped out of my comfort zone a lot. I am still shy and don't really start conversations and feel very nervous when it comes to many things. However, things have gotten better for me and now a lot of the time when I socialise, I dont flick my nails anymore, my back doesn't get sweaty, my throat doesn't close up. And it's a huge improvement for me :). My heart still does beat very fast but it's not as bad as it used to be.

I hath a question for all the makeup girlies, aight so I have Trichotillomania, which means I pull out my lashes and eyebrows, I know the eyebrows are an easy fix with a pencil, but I was just curious as to like what brands of lashes or if false lashes even work for people without eyelashes. Cause I'd like to have some definition for pictures and things but i literally have zero clue if falseys would even work.
