   Great tutorial!!!! I am usually a cat for Halloween at the school where I teach . This year, I was planning to use the cheetah headband I just got at Target, so this is great inspiration😊

    Now this is a halloween look I can definitely recreate with the limited amount of makeup I own. Literally just a dab of foundation, whatever eye shadow color I have and just glitter from the store. Oh and I could use eye liner to fill in my lips since Taiwan doesn't Elf products. Brilliant! This is perfect ^_^ Thank you! Now to just DIY the ears. Very cute and easy halloween look.
